These terms cover schank.io and anything you buy from Schank Studio here. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Questions: contact@schank.io.

Where you buy matters

Paperbacks sold on Amazon, and printables and 3D prints sold on Etsy, are sold under that store's own terms and policies. These terms cover what you buy directly on schank.io: printed apparel and goods, and custom orders made from your photos.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We ship to US addresses only. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through. If we cannot fill an order (an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent), we cancel it and refund you in full.

Printed to order

Each item is printed for you after you order. Colors on a screen can look a little different from ink on fabric or ceramic. Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping and returns policy.

Custom orders

You confirm that the photos you send are yours, or that you have permission to use them. You give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your order. We do not use your photos or your pet's drawings in our own marketing unless you say yes first.

The drawings are made with the help of AI image tools and then checked and finished by a person. We send a proof before anything prints. One round of changes is included; nothing goes to print until you approve. We may decline a custom order, with a full refund, if the photos include other people's characters, logos or artwork, or content we are not willing to print.

Our designs

The designs, artwork, text and photos on this site belong to Schank Studio. Buying a product lets you use and enjoy that product. It does not let you copy or resell the design.

Using the site

Please do not try to interfere with the site, get around its security, or use it to break the law.

Limits

The site and products are provided as described, without any warranty beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, Schank Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
