Shipping and returns
Printed to order
Shirts, tanks, mugs, mouse pads, desk mats and totes bought here are printed after you order by our production partner, Printful, and shipped from their facilities in the United States. We ship to US addresses only.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate. You see it on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days and delivery 3 to 5 more, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. When your order ships, the tracking number comes by email.
Holiday order-by dates, 2026
Everything here is made after you order, so the dates below are the last days to order for delivery to a US address in time. Order earlier if you can; carriers slow down in December.

Printable books on Etsy are instant downloads, so there is no cutoff. Paperbacks on Amazon follow Amazon's own delivery dates.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is printed for you, we do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size that does not fit. Please check the sizes before you order.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, write to contact@schank.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.
If your package has not arrived 15 business days after you ordered, write to us. We will check with the carrier, then replace the order or refund it.
Cancelling
Write to us as soon as you can. If your order has not gone to print yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Made for you orders
Custom orders are printed only after you approve the proof. After that, the same damaged, misprinted and lost-package terms apply.
Bought somewhere else
Paperbacks bought on Amazon, and printables and 3D prints bought on Etsy, follow that store's own shipping and return policies.
