About an order

Please include your order number (it is in your receipt email). If an item arrived damaged or misprinted, or is not what you ordered, send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send it back. The full policy is in Shipping and returns.

Bought on Amazon or Etsy?

Paperbacks bought on Amazon, and printables and 3D prints bought on Etsy, are handled through that store. Start with your order page there. You are still welcome to write to us too.
